The collection of hoop earrings is something I've been working on for a couple of months now. I initially created a couple of prototype pairs to test the waters, and they were snapped up immediately! The response was amazing, loads of you wanted to get your hands on some of these.
Now let me tell you, that's a good feeling. Knowing that a unique product that came from my brain was so in demand was amazing. I'm always so so grateful for the support I get from you wonderful people, and I always want to deliver! So I got to work on the first collection, and I took my time sourcing the right crystals and getting it spot on.
And so it is now official, the first hoop collection will be released on 15th April at 7pm (BST). There are 15 pairs in total, all on sterling silver hoops in your choice of size.
I have wrapped the crystals in silver plated wire, for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that these crystals will be in very minimal contact with skin or any other material, and whilst wear is not something that concerns me with the wire that I use, I do think there is a little bit of an apprehension in general around that, so it's best to address it. The second reason is that this wire is much easier to use, and with such tiny crystals in particular, its a tricky job to use sterling silver (sometimes impossible!). And the last reason is the cost - using silver plated wire instead of sterling silver allows me to keep the cost of the final product lower.
All this being said, I know some of you may still prefer sterling silver wire or need it for a medical reason, and in cases like this I am more than happy to create something for you. Amazonite - associated with the heart and throat chakras, Amazonite is a great balancer of masculine and feminine energies, and acts as a protector against electromagnetic pollution.
Mangano Calcite - a loving a nurturing stone, Mangano Calcite is associated with the heart chakra and is soothing and calming.
Lemurian - said to be programmed with the knowledge of the people of Lemuria, Lemurian crystals are exceptional at raising our vibrations and providing a sense of one-ness.
Amethyst - birthstone for February, Amethyst is associated with the third eye and crown chakras, and is great for reducing anxiety and stress.
Clear Quartz - the Master Healer, Clear Quartz is a powerful crystal able to amplify the energy of other crystals, or to use on its own. It can be used to cleanse, open and align all the chakras.
Smoky Quartz - associated with the root chakra, Smoky Quartz is a grounding and protective stone that is great for alleviating fear and bringing emotional calm.
Grey Jade - Jade is a symbol of peace and serenity, bringing the wearer harmony and protection.
Rose Quartz - the stone of universal love, Rose Quartz is associated with the heart chakra and embodies love in all forms. It is a powerful healing stone.
Titanium Aura Quartz - Aura Quartz is Quartz that has been heat treated and combined with precious metals to create a rainbow sheen effect. These Titanium Aura Quartz points carry the properties of Clear Quartz, and are super colourful.
Peridot - Peridot is a heart opening stone, giving us wisdom to deal with difficulties, clearing blockages and welcoming beauty and grace.
Moss Agate - helping us connect to nature is one of Moss Agate's amazing properties. It also restores balance and acceptance, and helps us to improve concentration and self esteem.
